I noticed one other person posted with this issue but they had an Android. I have an iPhone 7. My original Fitbit screen was damaged in a fall so my husband gave me his and transferred my info to his. I get notifications but only when I hear my phone and then look at the screen. My first one always buzzed with notifications which was great if I was in another room or my phone was in my purse or on silent. This one will not buzz. I have gone through all steps that were suggested to the other person and still no buzz. Can you help?
I am also having this same problem. Recently my Fitbit quit vibrating with notifications for calls and texts. I've gone through all the settings, but can't seem to find the problem. I have an Android telephone, but I haven't changed telephone or Fitbit recently, so I don't know what the problem is.
Best AnswerI have an iPhone 8 and the same thing happened to me. I was getting notifications last week then nothing. The last few days I reset my Fitbit, reset my phone, removed device then synced up again, turned off blue tooth and on again, turned off notifications, reset phone and turned back on again. None the of steps from the help topics works.
Best AnswerThis is happening to me as well. I have tried all the steps that have been mentioned but it still doesn't seem to work with my Samsung 9 phone. My friend sent me a text and nothing happened on my charge 2. Becoming very irritated.
