I have a fitbit charge. 2 I enjoy it and find it  even more useful since I had a stent put in. However since last update my heart monitor was usuallyv50/60 but it is going really high and really low from minute to minute even when I am not moving. Can you advise if this is a known problem

Also a few times the fitbit has died for no reason. Battery full and the only way it comes on is if reinserted into USB for z few seconds  is the fitbit faulty?
