Hello

 

I have been a fitbit owner for few years now, i started off with a flex, then a charge hr, when that broke i upgraded to a charge 2. Does any know how i can tell how long i have had the fitbit, can i print of the proof of purchase, it was purchased from the fitbit website.

Hi @claire8614,

 

Fitbit doesn't store their proofs of purchase I believe for customers.  Assuming you paid with a credit card and you know approximately when you got your device, they should be able to help you out.

 

Fitbit does, however, keep a record of how long you've been active since you signed up for your account.  I've been active since 2015, and it shows on my profile.
