I've pulled 2 all nighters this week to meet a work deadline. However, the Fitbit says I slept 4 hours on one day and 7 hours on the other (although heavily restless). I did take naps later in the day, but the time it says I was sleeping doesn't correlate because I only slept in the day while it says I slept in the night. How can I get more accurate tracking?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @korychi.
Thank you for the information provided.
To prevent this situation from occurring again, please restart your Fitbit Charge 3 by following these steps.
Whether this doesn't help, you can set the sleep to sensitive mode. For instructions on how to change this setting, please visit this article and open the menu "What's the difference between the normal and sensitive sleep setting?".
