Fitbit shows 'peak' heart rate when it's actually 'cardio'

For my age of 60, my maximum HR is 160.

According to the Fitbit website:

My Peak Heart Rate Zone is 85 to 100% of max heart rate or 136 to 160 beats per minute.

My Cardio Heart Rate Zone is 70 to 84% of max hr or 112 to 135 bpm.

Yet earlier today, during a workout, my Charge 3 showed my heart rate as 128 bpm and "peak" when it should have shown "cardio". This isn't the first time it's made this sort of mistake.

Can anyone advise why this is? I've checked that my age is correct in Settings in my account. Have I misunderstood something or is there a fault in my Fitbit?

Thanks
