I havent used my Fitbit for a long time (a little over a year now) and I just put it on the charger 2 days ago and it still wont charge. My cord is good, the metal prongs are clean, its plugged in right, ive tried everything! Recently the green lights on the bottem started flashing, what is going on??

Hi @HallieTX first of all, don't leave your Fitbit on the charger unit so long. It's been a while since you used it, so it may take some coaxing to get it going again. In case you've forgotten, here is a link - click - to the Charge 2 area where you can find the user manual and other helpful articles. Try restarting it a few times and see if that helps. Let us know what happens.

I cant resart something that won't turn on. Its not accepting the charge and the only new thing is the green lights. Ive tried holding the button down for 4 seconds, ive kept it on the charger for 30 minutes and even pushed the button while on the charger.

@HallieTX it's entirely possible that after having a dead battery for so long that it might not come back to life. The green lights are for the heart rate.
