My Fitbit has registered that I was active every day last week but the step count
is missing for 5 out of the 7 days. Anyone know how to rectify this? Thanks in advance

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing. Have you recently logged any activities? This would explain the active days shown on your account. For syncing which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try the following:
