Hi all
Over the last month or so I have noticed that my Charge 2 stops tracking my workouts. At first I thought it was the clothing I was wearing was hitting the button but that hasn't been the case the last couple of times I've been out.
I am doing couch 2 5k at the moment and start my activity by pressing and holding the button to start and then do the same to stop - but yet again today, I noticed that it had already stopped and when I checked the app, it had stopped after less than a mile.
Has anyone else had this problem and if they have, do they know how to fix it?

@LadyP33 It's great to see you in the Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your Charge 2 not recording your entire activity. This is odd. If you can try using compressed air to clear the button area. Also restart your Charge 2. You can manually log your missed activities by following these instructions.
