My Fitbit will not sync at all in my challenges, it adds my steps correctly in my home but won't add them to the challenges. It's charged and everything. I've had some issues with my Fitbit before. Please help!

It's great to have you here! I hope you're doing well @zoerenee94! Please make sure that your Charge is working correctly and restart it. To do so please take a look to this post on How to Restart your Charge HR.
Then, please try to set it up as a replacement device. To do so, follow these instructions:
Apple iOS device:
Android device:
Windows 10 mobile device or computer

I have a charge 3 and am having the same problem. I did everything you said, and my challenge still isn't syncing. My steps show it synced a moment ago, but my challenge shows it hasn't synced in over an hour. How do I make the challenge sync?
