When I woke up,I the screen was black, so I figured it was dead. I charged it all day, and it still wouldn't turn on. What can I do???

Same here. I have tried to factory reset but there is no response or anything happening on the screen no matter what i try. It was working up until about a month ago, i have tried different charging cables.
I applied the latest firmware that was released last month, could it be related? can i rollback to previous?

My fitbit has done exactly the same this week....just stopped working. Have u resolved yours?

I'm afraid not, if you do resolve it would you mind posting here? And I will do the same. Unfortunately it's the third failing Fitbit in this house, it's back to Garmin for me.
