You need to charge it.

@Kabuasp @vanilladiva Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Did charging the tracker solve your issue like @vanilladiva suggested. You may also see a similar icon if you didn't complete a firmware update so I wanted to know if everything is ok after charging it.

I look forward to your reply!

I just got the same issue: flashing exclamation point after it got down to 9% battery.

I have charged it for an hour and still the same problem persists.

Do  I just keep charging it?

Tangelo, have you tried cleaning the charger and the back of your fitbit?

My Fitbit died last night when I was asleep. This morning I charged it up to 100% and within 5 minutes it died. I repeated the process and got the same results. I decided to restart my Fitibit and now some of the words and numbers have pixelated.  Also, I am getting the battery with the exclamation point. I decided to clean both the charger and the back of my Fitibit with rubbing alcohol and a toothbrush and it seemed to charge. However, I am not sure what the duration of the charge will be, even though it says 100%. I’ll get back to you with the results.

Back with the results - the charge lasted less than 10 minutes. I’ll keep searching for a solution.  I am thinking it could be a firmware problem.
