The calories graph on my Charge 3 is confusing me... I put food in, if I’ve burnt more calories than I’ve eaten it’s grey, if I’ve eaten more than I’ve burnt its red, but what is the green? On the key at the top it says ‘in’? Do I need to be making it go green to be achieving anything?

A warm welcome to the Community, @Aliceee123.
Regarding your inquiry, I recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I track my food with the Fitbit app?, where you will be able to see more information about this.
Let me know if you need anything else. 😊
Best AnswerHello,
I don’t believe this answers the inquiry.
Is there somewhere else this information is available?
Thanks
