I have to enter my food in the custom part as what i eat is not on the list that it provides, but when i do this it doesn't show the micronutrients for the food, should it or is it not capable of doing it. Thanks

@Shazvm If you’re entering a custom food, are you entering in all the macro nutrient details with it? You should click on “detailed view” and input the macronutrients from the package.
If you don’t enter in the protein, fat, or carbs, then Fitbit as no idea what is in this food item other than the calorie value you assign it.

Hi! When I enter a custom food such as a recipe, I enter in all the nutritional info and it still does not record the calories. Is there a trick to making this work or is it a fitbit log entering issue? Thank you!

Hi I'm just replying so you know you've not been ignored, I haven't got a clue how it all works as the food i eat already has the calories written on them, sorry.
