Anyone has the experience on your Charge 3 that the display became white instead of black background suddenly? Within the warranty period, no service center for any repairing in Hong Kong! Only can communicate via email, submitted photos and video to prove that the watch are defective or damage.
Still doubt the computer is not switch on during to process the procedure of restart. If the computer is not switch on, how can Charge 3 showed the emoji face. Can't believe such famous company only provide that poor service.

Luckily, I got the replacement of charge 3 by the end of February, 2020. After matching, I used it so far so good. However, I found that the data didn't syncing to my android Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Only can do it manually. I send a email to the supporting center. They informed me that not support syncing for android devices any more. I only can do it manually. However, I found it takes over 3 minutes for syncing manually. Again, checked with supporting center, their feedback was the center in US, it takes longer time as usual. What the hell?! No service, no support at all. I bought the Charge 3 in last May for Mother's day for a gift, I was very satisfied in the first six seven months, however it suddenly became white screen, and now it can not syncing with my android device. It's really a joke. Only can syncing manually and takes more than 3 minutes. I think Fitbit should not sell their products in the area that they can not provide services. I bought Fitbit watch due to it's reliable and reputation. I now regret to buy it.
