How do I change my Charge 3 clock face?

Just got the Charge 3 and trying to change clock face... it has been over 3 hours and it is still installing. Asks me if I want to continue installing or when I say no, it continues anyway. Cannot get rid of it... have turned phone off and on but it continues to try to install.

Welcome to the Community, @TeeGee249.

Thanks for troubleshooting this clock face issue. I recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? and make sure you are following those steps to change your clock face.

Also, please check if your Fitbit app is updated by following these steps:

  1. Open the Play Store app.
  2. Tap the menu icon in the top left.
  3. Tap My apps & games. If the Fitbit app has an update, you’ll see it in the Updates list.
  4. Tap Update.

If your apps update automatically, check the Recently updated or Up to date list to see if the Fitbit app was updated.

Let me know the outcome. 🙂

Well, I did as you suggested. App needed no updates and when I tapped on
"Clock Faces", it brought me right back to where I was stuck yesterday...
"Continue installing? Some applications did not finish installing. Do
you want to continue installing them now?" And when I choose "Later", it
ignores my choice and continues trying to install the clock face. Keeps
showing picture of watch and red line with "switching" going across the
face of the watch showing on phone.

I thought I eliminated the problem by unpairing and pairing again, thinking
I had stopped the clockface installation, but obviously I have not. I am
stuck as I can't stop the installing process to even try to install another
clock face.

What next?

Surprisingly, when I went to use it yesterday, it was still "installing",
but this time when it asked me if I wanted to continue, I said yes... and
about 5 minutes later, I had my new clock face!

Have no idea what caused the problem, but you can bet I will be keeping
this clock face!

Thanks for your help!
