Hey! I have this same issue, first happened when I got the watch around Christmas but I managed to semi permanently fix it... but it has come back and I can’t remember what I did 😩
what works temporarily now though for me is connecting the watch to the charger and restarting it, and then syncing the app on my phone. Usually the sync will go through as “complete” instead of fail and then the exercise options on the watch have returned back to normal. Just so annoying how it keeps on happening afterwards - hopefully this is some sort of fix for you!
