Four digit code not working when syncing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I am trying to sync a new Charge 3 with my Android phone.  When I try to sync, the devices see each other and the Fitbit app prompts me for a four digit code.  I enter the code that appears on the Charge 3, and the app goes back to the "Not working?" page.  Selecting "Try Again" results in a new four digits, and entering those again brings me back to the "Not working?" page.

I have attempted all the steps in the troubleshooting sections of this website, including rebooting my phone, rebooting the Charge 3, reinstalling the Fitbit app, and cycling the blutooth on my phone.

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S7 running Android 8.0.0.  My Fitbit app is ver. 3.21

Same thing. App tells me tracker is found. I enter the code and then it goes back to "not working?" screen, prompting me to try again. I have an LG Stylo 4 with OS 9. Trying to setup a Charge 3.

I got it to sync successfully with an Ipad. So the problem is not with the
fitbit, it's with either the Android phone or the Fitbit app.
