I am not sure if it’s a google issue but ever since google has bought Fitbit the service standard at Fitbit has fallen.
I am struggling to get a response to my issue on my charge 4 where I get friend requests from other user and. I can’t accept them, see screen shot below. I have called and spoken to Fitbit customer service several times and even chatted with them and they all say will escalate it and it’s now been more than a week and no resolution. Disappointing, especially since I have had several fitbits over the last 8 years. Perhaps it’s time to move to another tracker brand
