Tracker stopped syncing yesterday. How do I fix this?

Please check that the energy saving mode and the do not disturb option (mute) are switched off on the mobile phone.
Important, please leave the Fitbit app running in the background.
Also make sure that no other Bluetooth device is connected to the cell phone or nearby. (headphones, keyboards, etc.)

Mine does this regularly. It’s a replacement for the one bought spring 2021. I have to reboot regularly. I think the Charge4 is a lemon.
