My Fitbit Charge 2 only shows the time 4:03 on January 22nd. I attempted to reset it multiple times without any change in the screen. The step counter appears to still work but it is no longer functional as a watch. Anything else I can try?

Try a different clock face.

I tried, and it didn’t work. It now appears to not be working at all - the screen went black and it will not charge.
