I've had my Charge 2 for years and just this week the screen is frozen on a time/step count. The app is still tracking but the watch display won't change. I've tried the hard reset multiple times and it won't re-boot....or if it does I don't know because the screen stays frozen. What can I do?

I have same issue but this thread doesn't offer a solution???? screen frozen on time and steps. Still sun with app and showing activity just bit on actual fit bit watch.
I have tried to remove from my account and then reinstall- no change but now cant reinstall as system connecting via bluetooth but as screen frozen not giving me the code to set it back up again!!!
I have pushed the button to reset both when in charging cradle and not. Still has charge
help please
