So a few times lately the map and split data from my runs has been disappearing after syncing. This morning I went for a 7k run. Got time and split data and while running, map was there when I stopped, but without splits. App said run had failed to sync, and when I got home and synced again, map data disappeared and it now just looks like an auto recognised run. I even took a screen shot of the map data at the end because this has now happened a few times. I have a charge 2 and I've been happily tracking my runs with connected GPS on my iPhone for ages with no issues. App is up to date, in fact I'm suspicious of the recent update. Advice appreciated.

In fact, I just checked. Seems to be happening since I updated the app. Have seen old similar posts which note this was a problem with android, but I'm on iPhone. Also have seen a suggestion that it's related to pausing during run. I had to pause this morning, but didn't yesterday and it happened both times. Should I turn auto recognise runs off?

I have the same issue and also very frustrated. I have an IPhone ...hope resolved soon. Is Fitbit working on this problem?
