Since I installed ios 13.3.1 my fitbit charge 2 is not tracking properly. I restarted the device but it still saying that I did exercises when I didn’t. And there is no data for a lot of my exercises.

Let me help you with your exercise tracking on your Charge 2. What type of exercises are showing on your account and for how long? At which time do these activities show and do you remember what you were doing? Your device detects activities based on the motion on your arm. The automatic detection is a feature called SmartTrack. There could be movements that may be incorrectly interpreted as exercises and this is why they are logged on your account.

 

Regarding the missing data, this issue is being investigated by the team so hopefully they will have a fix soon for all users.

Hi !
I understand that it auto recognize my exercice but that’s not my problem.
I only did one exercise this week and it says 2. And some of the exercises I did last week and that I entered myself said the was no data ...
