In the past week or so my gps and distance have stopped working when I try to log exercise. GPS shows a straight line from point a to point b regardless of where I go or how far I go. I’ve reinstalled the app and rebooted my charge 3. This is just since the latest IOS update. Why does it always seem to cause problems anytime they do an update

I have a Samsung and have noticed that it only does this if the phone is in battery saving mode as it periodically turns the GPS off on the phone which then interrupts the fitbit, I found by downloading the app 'Map my walk' (by under amour) it sort of forces the fitbit to take an accurate reading 🙂

😢gave it a try as I tend to have my phone on low power mode when I’m out walking but still no good. I use map my run/walk as well as the Fitbit app to compare them, just so much nicer when the actual Fitbit app works properly. Guess I’ll try uninstalling and reinstalling again
