My charge 3's smart track has been malfunctioning. After I begin a run, the smart track will turn off and on repeatedly throughout the run. It happens about every 60-90 seconds. So as I'm running, the fitbit is vibrating and smart track is turning off and on and off and on. At the end of the run, it captures the entire workout. However it makes the run very frustrating to feel the fitbit vibrating the entire time. I've reset the fitbit multiple times without success. I've also tried manually starting the workout instead of letting smart track pick it up, but the smart track still turns off and on. Any advice? This device is only about 5 months old and I'd prefer to not purchase another new device.
