First post! Hopefully there's a fix that helps others as well.
So, I got my Charge 3 back in February and I really do love it. I also love running and have noticed some inconsistent data when compared to other GPS apps and tools online.
I have a pretty regular route for shorter runs during the summer that's 4.75 miles, measured by online GPS tools. My Charge 3 always measures under, sometimes as much as half a mile, but sometimes it measures around the actual distance. I find that sometimes, the auto tracked runs are more accurate, but every time I pair it to my phone for GPS, it's always off. I even ran an experiment today and used the in-app tracker as well as the paired wearable. I figured the results should be 1:1, but the app got the correct distance, while the wearable was about 0.25 miles short.
Is there anything I can do to make the bluetooth pairing more reliable when using the watch with my phone (which is less than a foot away)? It's frustrating to not have accurate results and having to rely on multiple sources.
Thanks!
