Google Pixel 3a bluetooth not recognizing Charge 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Since yesterday, my Charge 2 has not been syncing with my Google Pixel 3a.

I have followed all suggestions -> restart fitbit 3 times, restart phone, switch off and on the Bluetooth, delete app and reinstall. Nothing seems to work.

I tried "forget devices" on bluetooth and was hoping to repair it, but not my phone is not even able to find my Charge 2 to pair with. My phone is not connected to any other bluetooth device. Please help

I'm having exactly the same problem, except my phone is an iPhone SE.  I've tried all of the suggestions, too, and now can't pair the Charge 2 with the phone, either.  No other phones here (another SE and a Samsung Galaxy S4)  or can find the Charge 2 via Bluetooth, either.  And they can all find an iFit Vue and each other without any problems.

Hello,

Not sure if this will help as my case was slightly different. I had issues with my Charge 2 not completing setup with my Pixel 3A. I also removed the device after sync issues and was unable to complete the setup process when trying to add the device again. My Pixel 3A was able to find the device however. The only additional step I did that was not mentioned in your post was to reset the Fitbit by placing it in the charger and holding the power button until it restarted.

My solution was to use a very old tablet I had lying around to download the Fitbit app and try adding the device. Funnily enough, it failed to add the device on the tablet, but my Pixel 3A that was sitting nearby added the device.

Steps taken:

1) make sure device is removed from saved bluetooth devices on your phone.

2) try adding the device on your phones Fitbit app, it should fail.

3) use Fitbit app on another device (mine was running Android version 6, Fitbit app version 3.4.2) to try adding the device with your phone nearby

4) magically connect on phone?!?

Hope this can help in some way.

To the Fitbit team, the Pixel 3A is Googles best-selling device, support for this phone should be here, especially so long after it's release.
