I just got off with the second support person of the day by the name of Mary Joy. I'm having issues with my Charge 4. It no longer holds a charge. Anyway, she was extremely helpful, and it turned out mine needed to be replaced. She was quick, pleasant, and ensured I received the email with link before we ended. I did not get the opportunity to fill out the survey because my phone auto blocks pop-ups, but I wanted to get the word out that Mary Joy was awesome!
