The green light on my Charge 2, is constant, it does not flash. As a result the heart rate is not monitored, and the sleep is not registered.
I have restarted the watch several times, turned on/off heart monitoring with no luck.
Anyone have an idea of what to do?

Have contacted them, but they could not help.
They helped me run some procedures, but in the end they could not help.
They offered me a discount on 25% on a new product, but i am bit sceptic.
