My charge 2 has 2 green lights constantly flashing is this ok?  The only way to turn them off is to turn the heart monitor off.. When its on or auto it just flashes all the time.. Is there any way to have it turned on but not to flash any ideas guys?

Hey @Sarahlouise31!

 

Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Charge 2 any other Fitbit devices need the 2 'green dots' you see on your Fitbit to work. Without them the heart rate monitor doesn't work at all, making them essential. You can disable them if you want to however then you won't be able to access your heart rate using Fitbit. By the way, if it is set on 'Auto' (mine is always set on Auto) it detects when Fitbit isn't being used (eg. flat surface) and stops blinking the lights because it knows that there is no use as nobody is using it. Fitbit designed this feature to conserve battery.
