I know people have posted before re the grey screen but I cannot see anywhere the solution.
i have rebooted my what happened and the screen is still grey .
any help gratefully received

@Sandywhittle Hello and welcome! I'm not sure there is a solution other than to contact Customer Support. I believe the lines on the screen is a hardware issue that can't be fixed by a reset.
