My charge 3 screen has just gone grey and stripy after charging it. I've tried the reset option whilst plugged in and it hasnt worked. Please can anyone advise me? I need it to log my food as I am pre diabetic so if I have to send it off I'm really in a mess.

Thank you. I did, I have been given a replacement or upgrade. Decided to upgrade to better screen as I had problems afterc1 month with my first Charge 3. Customer Service were extremely helpful and prompt. 👍😊
