Yesterday my Fitbit HR3 started glitching, vibeing on and off and the screen kept lighting up. Then the screen went black. It’s completely charged and will still notify me (vibe) when I get a call or text but will not show any display. I went through the community and did several resets including the 15 second one several times and nothing has worked. I’ve only had it slightly over a year. The response I got from customer service: 30% off a new watch, nothing else no fix for this known issue. Switching from to Apple.

Quick update I forgot to mention, the “coupon code”I was given is only eligible on trackers not smart watches, has to be used in 30 days and can not be used on sale items. When I contacted them that I am unable to use the code because everything is on sale right now (the code is a slightly better deal) the response I got was that was the beat they could do.......so literally they could do nothing because I can’t use the code.
