Charge 3 not getting notifications

Has anyone else been having trouble with the notifications feature on the charge 3? I have had nothing but trouble since I got mine. It works for a while and then stops. I have had an alt then moved onto charge 2 and now the charge 3 but I have been so disappointed with this last device. I have tried rebooting, forgetting and adding again but no luck. Will likely go to a different brand because this has been so frustrating.

Sorry to hear that your Charge 3 isn't getting notifications and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Please do the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Thanks for reaching out.

I tried your suggestion but I am still not receiving notifications
unfortunately. As I mentioned, it was working and now it is not for some
reason.

Very frustrating!
