HR stuck on scrolling setup address

Have used for at least a year.  Last night display started showing "www.fitbit.com/setup" on wrist device.  Sync on mobile phone cant find device even after uninstalling and reinstalling app.  Any advice appreciated.

Mine has the same thing scrolling on the screen all of a sudden after over a year of use. Except mine is synced to my mobile device and says it’s connected.

Hello @TinasFB and welcome to the Community.  You added on to a very old thread involving an old device.  Can you please start a new thread and describe your issue in more detail?  What model Fitbit do you use?  Do you use Android or iPhone?  What troubleshooting steps have you taken?
