Fitbit appears to have stopped awarding badges, is this correct? I achieved 50,102 steps on 13/07/2020 on the longest trek ever on the St Cuthbert's Way in the Scottish borders and yet the top badge I have been awarded is the snow boot on 45,000 steps on 14/10/2017.
Are badges no longer being awarded ?

I think it must still be awarding them because some of my friends share them. But I haven't gotten one in eons. Even though I walk quite a bit, I think the last miles badge I got was from 2017.

Let me help you with your with your missing badges. This is odd, where are your viewing this information? If you are using a web browser then please clear cache and cookies also try using a browser like Firefox or Chrome. If you are using the Fitbit app then try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I came here to report the same issue. Has Fitbit stopped awarding badges? It’s been months that I got any badge for any of my achievement. At the same time I can see people In my friend list are getting badges. Why is it not working for me ?

No. I am still not getting any badges. I am crushing my step goals and going beyond. No one on Fitbit customer service cares about the issue the users are facing. No one gives any updates on the issue or how to fix
