My Fitbit Charge HR heart rate monitor light won't turn off - it is solid green - not flashing.
Once pluged into USB it turns off completely, when taken out of USB it flashes regularly, once put on skin / wrist it stops flashing and constantly stays green again.
I have also tried re-starting the fitbit.
Any idea in how to fix this?

I suggest turning Off the heart rate feature from the Fitbit.com Dashboard, synchronize your Fitbit and then restart the tracker following @AlejandraFitbit's instructions, set the heart rate feature in Auto again and sync one more time. Let me know if this works.

What is the 'half bar' issue?
Best AnswerMy Fitbit Charge 2 heart rate monitor green light stays on (only one light). I have tried everything possible, but it just stays on and drains the battery quickly. I am not very keen on the heart rate monitor and hence switched off the heart rate monitor using the App on my phone, but even that does not switch off the light.
Has anyone been able to resolve this issue?
