My heart rate monitor stopped working. Any advice on what I could do? I moved it up on my wrist, tightened the band and also put in on my other wrist.

Mine stopped also and mine doesn’t hold a battery charge for any length of time —more than an hour or two.

Same , stopped randomly the past weekend, not showing h/r on the watch or app.
