Heart Rate Question

This is a segment of my heart rate during a 1 Hour Spin.  This seems to happen quite ofter.  I know my

heart rate cannot vary/recover this much, this quickly.  Maybe if I was 45-50 years younger:)  IMG_6557.jpeg

I guess the screen shot is not the best.  I don't exactly understand the rapid heart rate drop from peak to fat burn, then shooting back up to

peak, then falling back down to peak and into green, basically resting.

It just seems there  are major inaccuracies in the device.  I have had four HR trackers, and the accuracy seems to be getting worse

on each subsequent model.  As I said, I don't think my heart rate can recover, then hit peak, quite this fast.

Also, app and tracker are up to date, I've rebooted tracker.

Thanks
