Hi, suddenly heart rate stopped working, very annoying, I did the reboot on my Charge3 bit nothing happened, anyone else with this problems??

I have got the same problem.  I fully charged my Charge3 and after that my heart rate stopped showing 2 days ago. Green light is no longer on and the clock is not showing the time completely

My charge started vibrating and the screen was changing rapidly draining the battery life to less than 24 hours right before the firmware update.  Most of the function returned but the HR monitor has not worked since then (so no sleep or activity tracking because of this also).  I have rebooted it more times than I can count.  I hope someone answers this thread so we can get some help.

Is your green light still on. I believe this is linked to the last update and my clock screen has been corrupted to boot Sent from Samsung Mobile on O2

Yes I have the same problem see posts.  I have contacted fitbit support but they haven't resolved the problem.  It was escalated yesterday but I still haven't heard off them.

No, my green light isn't working and my screen seems to do what it wants at times.  I was hoping you had heard from them, but it seems that everyone is getting a slow response.  Bummer.

Hi i called customer support service and they send me a new one after they received my device, call them , I hope yours have warranty , i got mine on February. After 1 month i got my new character 3.

I have had my charge3 more than 12 months now so I don't think its under warranty now but thanks anyway.
