Hi All,

 

Herat Rate Sensor of my Charge 2 never turns off and because of that it’s consuming battery crazy from last few days. I tried to turn it off via App but it doesn’t work.

Has anyone noticed similar issue? Any solutions?

@Aresh_Srivastav A warm welcome to our Community!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 heart rate sensor. You should be able to set it off via the app. Is your tracker syncing? Try restarting your tracker by following these instructions. After this log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Try changing the heart rate setting again after this.
