My charge 3 stopped tracking my heart rate all of a sudden. I searched the forum and tried all of the fixes (short restart, long restart, reboot, unpair, uninstall app). The green LED light is still off and no heart rate. Any options beyond what has been recommended?

I posted yesterday that my display was upside down and backwards. Now my iOS app won't sync with the watch, the screen is blank, pressing the button does nothing and the lights at the back of my Fitbit are no longer lit up.

I contacted customer service and was sent a replacement since none of the fixes ever worked.
