Hiya
My fitbit Charge 2 is recording my heart rate but it is really high, I haven't done much today and apparently according to my heart rate I have been in fat burn mode for 6 and a half hours. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you fix it?
Thank you

Been getting similar issue lately. HR gone unusually high. Even when not wearing. Very weird.

Same problem here - lately my walks has had sudden heart rate peaks of between 150-190, which is double my normal heart rate when walking. The data seems totally irrelevant when looking at the graphs.
Looking back in the training logs, the problem seems to have started late 2018.

I've got the heart rate issue going along with the massively incorrect data showing 705 active minutes today and that I have burned roughly 7,000 calories to this point. The only tip I got was to reset the device, which did exactly nothing. I've been having this issue over a week now.

Here's how my Fitbit Charge 2 tracks a typical walk:
Totally off. This happens often, since december 2018 but never ever before that point. I've followed the advice here - I've restarted it, cleaned it with gentle alcohol, I wear it according to the instructions.
Pretty worthless product as long as it "works" like this.
