Hi for 2/3 days my Fitbit has very high heart rate readings I have done nothing today but watch tv and my Heart rate at one point was showing 160bpm

I will attach a screen shot of today’s reading which most of the morning has been high does anyone else have this problem? And if so know of a way to fix it thank you

Hello @ShaunaLee92, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, welcome back!

I appreciate the information and the screenshot that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if this issue started 2/3 days ago or you experienced accuracy issues in the past? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check the information that's specified on our help article: How do I track my heart rate with my Fitbit device? for more details about heart rate tracking. In such article you'll find How do I improve the accuracy of my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device? which can be really helpful to resolve your difficulties with the heart rate tracking feature.

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hi

I have the exact issue with me for last 2-3 days. Suddenly the HR is in 180 to 200 (see pic)

What is the solution for this? I have tried all the basic stuff - rebooting cell, force starting app, switch one-

the BT

Pls help
