Sorry if this has been covered but there is so many posts online and some are really old so not sure if there is anything new about this topic.

So this is my first fitbit - Charge 3

I run with a buddy so has another tracker device that when we walk to recover, her watch beeps to alert her that her HR is dropping. Does the charge 3 have this? I go into the HR zones but i dont understand it fully.....kiddie gloves please
