I have been using Firefox to access my dashboard selecting one of the recent exercises one get a detailed report map, and graphs for pace, elevation, calories burned and some impact information.
A week or so ago I would also get a heart rate graph, but no more. The dashboard does have a heart rate graph, but, it does not display max heart rate for the exercise period (probably due to sampling rate). The heart rate graph in the detailed exercise report did show max heart rate.
I did an export of my account archive and the detailed heart rate is there. It seems that the detailed heart rate graph was deleted from the website display. I really would like to have it back. Just for the record I used two other web browsers with the same result.

Is there any update on this at all? Just got a new Charge 3 — and faced exactly the same problem. The heart rate for an exercise just doesn't show up in the app nor on the website.

Yeah, I don't think they are going to do anything about this. You can see the HR graph after your workout only if you start and stop your exercise from the wristband. If you start your exercise from the phone app it doesn't record the information apparently.
So, I start the exercise from the wristband, and just use a measured route instead of the gps feature on the phone app. Next watch will be a different brand for me.....

That's the thing though — the data definitely is there. I tried Neil's app that he linked to earlier and I could see all the HR data for every second of the run — it just doesn't show up in the apps.
