Hi,
It seems like my fitbit charge 2 is faulty. The green light/heart rate sensor wont turn on 😞
I have read ALL information about how to fix it but it still doesn't work. I have restarted the watch like 20 times now - and changed the heart rate settings to "ON" - I have also disconnected the watch from my phone and deleted the app and set it up again a few times but it wont turn on :-(.
I have had Fitbit charge HR before - where there was another problem with the watch...
I really like the fitbit style and the features of the watches, especially the heart rate feature - but somehow I always get a faulty product 😞
Is there anything you can do for me or do you rather recommend that i replace the product where i bought it?

If it were mine, I would immediately return it for exchange. If you don't do that, you should call FitBit support at 1-877-623-4997.

Why are they saying I reported you.. I was agreeing with you. My stupid watch is doing the same and I've tried everything and read everything on what to do.
