The heart rate results after meditation sessions have stopped working this week since October 18th. My heart rate is showing just fine on my Charge 2 before and during my meditation sessions, but it will not register the results in the app. Yet, the heart rate results are working fine during sleep and exercising.

I've been having the same issue since the 18th.

Same here. I wish they'd fix this.

Mine stopped right after I started the annual premium membership last week. I thought maybe that had something to do with it? It’s very annoying because my charger 3 shows my heart rate it just doesn’t register/transfer it to the mindfulness app?

Mine stopped working after they added in the "Get in Your Zone" tab, which appeared on Oct. 18th. As of today, the heart rate function during the meditation sessions has only worked 3 times since the 18th--even though I log a meditation every day.

It happened to me also. I have a Charge 2. At first it worked perfectly. I started using it October 1st. It registered my heart rate and gave me credit on the app. Then it would not tell me the heart rate when I finished the meditation; it would still ask if I wanted to register the session and it would still register in the app. The last time it did that was ont he 21st. Since then it no longer asks if I want to register the session or note how I feel. It doesn't show anything in the app. Even after it's finished, it just sits on that screen. I have to x out to get to back to the dashboard. I'm thinking they intentionally changed it so that it wouldn't work with the Charge 2. They want us to buy a new fitbit. This is the longest lasting fitbit device I've owned and I have had one since June 2014. I've been reading recent comments and it sounds like the new devices are very poor quality and are breaking easily with not much response from the company. It's sad it was such a great company when they first started. The customer service was wonderful.

I discovered a solution for the problem of the heart rate tracker not showing in the mindfulness sessions! I went back and individually tapped all of the old sessions that did not record a heart rate change, and by doing so, the heart rate information populated itself--finally! With today's session, I had to refresh about 3 times, then tap back into the completed session, then it showed the heart rate change. Annoying, but at least the info is not lost.

Thank you! I have a Charge 3 and that worked for me, too. Agree that it’s annoying and almost defeats the purpose, but also glad the info isn’t lost.

Yep... That worked for me also! Thanks.
Strange that it does not loop around at some point and update it on its own.
Thanks.
(Have a Versa 2)

I just tried what you said to do, and it worked. Click on the individual sessions recorded. Weird. But thank you!

My Chargr 5 has the same issue... paying for Premium but not getting the full value. This needs to be fixed.
