Heart rate tracking when device is off

My device seems to be tracking heart rate even when I am not wearing it. Any suggestions, I'm not sure the tracking is accurate even when I am wearing it.

Hello @Jabow135 doesnt the green lights turn off a second after the unit is taken off of the arm

No, my green lights stay on. It also tracked sleeping yesterday even though I wasnt wearing it.
