can I get a replacement for the cracked screen on my charge 2? How do I do that? I seem to be unable to find a way to contact FitBit directly, and it is Saturday, so I cannot call them today.

Mine is not dead, but I didn't know if I could replace the screen or if I needed to buy one before it died.

Nice to know everyone cares, but in actuality, HOW DO I GET A NEW SCREEN and can I replace it myself?

@Nursenan the screen isn't replaceable but Support should be able to help you with your questions. As mentioned before I created a ticket so they will contact you.

OK, I get it that Alvaro "made me a ticket". I don't know what that means and so far, no one has contacted me with real advice on what to do to either replace the screen or replace the whole FitBit. And yes, I realize that contact time may be longer than usual, but days have passed and other than being told that a "ticket has been issued" and no other action has occurred. Am I missing something?
Ps. the fitbit is still working fine (for now). Nancy

Love my Charge 2, but the crystal has two cracks. While doing the CAMINO in Spain my Fitbit was very dependable; during heavy rains I had to cover it due to the cracks. Could the crystal be replaced free of charge? Planning to do the CAMINO again.
